SHIPPING

All packages are shipped Via USPS or Fedex

 Bundles/closure packages are packaged and shipped once payment is fully processed and can be expected within 3-5 business days after shipment depending on your location in the U.S.

Units can take up to 10 business days for completion before shipping which can extend wait times to 13-18 business days when sale volumes are very high. 

 

Shipping cost is $12.00

 

ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 2 DAYS TO PROCESS PAYMENT

 

When your order is placed, you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. All packages require signature by resident to release package. Therefore, Philly Hair Source is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

 

There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items. If you have received the wrong package in error, please contact us immediately and return all UNOPENED hair packages to us so your order can be corrected.
